Once you've got a solid fitness foundation there are many sports that the PTI trainers can help you move on to more specific skill training. One of the most important things Yury looked for when we moved into our current location were high ceilings and a long runway so that the trainers could coach track and field events such as high jump, long jump, hurdles, and sprints while indoors. We can also train all of the other track and field events - throwing, jumping, sprints, middle and long distance.
