Speed is one of the most important aspects of all sports, yet it is often underdeveloped in young athletes. Youth coaches usually spend most of their time developing sport specific skills during practice (like dribbling, passing, shooting, etc), neglecting speed training either due to the difficulty of training a large group all at once or because of a lack of resources to properly do so. At PTI we have the knowledge, facilities, and experience needed to help athletes reach their maximum speed potential and outperform opponents on one of the most fundamental skills in sports.
Our speed training develops all aspects of an athlete's speed: starting with correcting neuromuscular imbalances and running technique to prevent injury while progressing into plyometrics and Olympic lifts to build functional strength and explosiveness. As an athlete grows and develops so does our training plan, meaning a PTI athlete will always be a step ahead of their peers!
