Facilities

The PTI studio is situated on the border where West Concord, Maynard, Sudbury, and Acton all meet. If you're coming from route 62, turn south at Sudbury Road and you'll see our sign on the left hand side at the top of the hill.

Our Facilities

The current PTI studio was chosen and remodeled to meet the needs of our broad spectrum of clients. Some notable amenities include:
  • Wall to Wall Mondo Flooring - Mondo is a special type of rubber surface used primarily on high-end running tracks. It absorbs and cushions impact, making it an ideal surface for preventing injuries.
  • Outdoor Training Area - During the warmer months we have an outdoor area for training complete with a crushed rubber runway that extends the length of the building.
  • Sand Pit - We also have a large outdoor sandpit for adding extra resistance to running and jumping drills and plyometrics. Athletes will appreciate training on this surface for it's ability to quickly increase balance, agility, and power.
  • Private Bathrooms With a Full Shower
  • Track and Field Equipment - Yury chose PTI's current location in part because of it's high ceilings and wide floor area, making it possible for us to have a fully functioning indoor high jump pit and hurdle runway area. With the exception of pole vault we can train any track and field event, including sprinting, middle and long distance, hurdles, high jump, shot, discus, javelin, and hammer.
  • A Cardio Area for Warming Up
  • Group Fitness Classroom
And because it's a private studio you'll never have to deal with crowds, lines for equipment, or distractions...just time for you and your trainer to focus on your performance and your goals.
