If you're looking to increase your performance in a specific sport then PTI has the right training to help you reach your goals! From faster football players to more agile figure skaters, the trainers at PTI have experience conditioning athletes in a number of different sports. Your PTI trainer will build a personalized program for you based on the European training model. We start with a focused analysis of your sport performance, then we will watch your posture and movement patterns during exercise. By comparing your baseline with your performance goals, your personal trainer will determine which areas are limiting performance. Once an initial assessment has been made a training program will be developed and monitored to allow you to reach your performance goals. Your program may include agility and plyometric exercises, speed training,Pilates, core exercises, and weights.
