The most important component of any successful athletic career is a solid base of fitness. This is especially true for young athletes; not only will appropriate conditioning help you preform your sport but it is also is important for injury prevention. The trainers at PTI work off of the European fitness model, which can be visualized as a pyramid with general conditioning as the base. No matter what sport our client participates in we evaluate them for things such as core strength, movement patterns, muscular strength and endurance, and mobility. By comparing your baseline with your performance goals, our trainers determine the critical areas that need to be strengthened and conditioned to allow you to reach the next step. Each time you come in we will evaluate your progress and adjust your individualized program if need be.
