"I have been training with Yury five months, and in that time I have seen enormous improvements in my physical strength and endurance. Yury immediately saw where I had weaknesses and identified areas of imbalance, and was able to develop a program to address these issues. His wealth of knowledge of principles of training make each session very interesting. Although all the sessions are physically very demanding, they are also very enjoyable.
